Neo-牛聖戈 is a Chinese guitarist who started his career in the early 2010s. Influenced by American funk and soul music, Neo excels at blues, funk, and R&B. Since graduating from the Musician’s Institute, he has worked with many notable Chinese artists, both in the studio and on the stage (such as Tizzy T, Tia, Jiayun Yu and Nia Yang). He founded neo-soul and funk band Project Ace in 2013 with the release of their first album "Jazz Day & Night. In recent years he has also started teaching at several music institutions while remaining active performing on stage and in the studio, all while keeping an active social media presence, leading more people to play guitar in China.
